By Hand, Ink, began in January 2014 as a small calligraphy/design studio located on the second floor above The Shops at Sea Pines Center where Bobbi Hahn, a professional calligrapher for more than 30 years, began producing note cards, framed quotes, and custom projects.

In 2015, By Hand, Ink moved downstairs to a retail space with room to add a lovely stationery and gift shop. Every item in the store’s inventory has been individually chosen with great care.
