Now in our sixth year and over 200 markets under our belt, we continue to host a diverse group of local farmers, artists, and purveyors every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Join us and taste the Lowcountry at the Farmer’s Market at Sea Pines Center.

REFRESHMENTS ON THE PLAZA: Join us on the plaza all day long for hot cider and fresh-baked cookies as you shop the great Green Friday deals.

GULLAH SWEETGRASS BASKETS: The Coastal Discovery Museum’s resident basket weavers, Daurus Niles and Angela Coakley, will be showcasing one of the Lowcountry’s best-known art forms in the plaza. See how the baskets are made, touch the natural sweetgrass used to create these pieces of art, and learn about the history of this unique craft that has been handed down through the generations. Best of all, these beautiful handcrafted baskets – plus jewelry, accessories, and home decor – will be available for purchase.

Enjoy Christmas shopping, Sea Pines style, on Green Friday in The Shops at Sea Pines Center. We’re turning Black Friday on its ear. The season of giving hits high gear with a feeling of familiar adventure. This is how friends who know the inside scoop do it. And there’s nothing ordinary about the treasures you’ll discover or the values you’ll uncover. Come, enjoy, and share the good feeling.

EXPERIENCE THE LOWCOUNTRY: Visit with the Coastal Discovery Museum’s volunteers to learn more about our area’s unique environment. Find out about the museum’s tours, cruises, lectures, and special holiday programs. Discover how you can “adopt” a turtle nest or a local dolphin – the perfect one-of-a-kind gift – through the museum.

BRING HOME AN ORIGINAL: Looking for a one-of-a kind gift for someone special? Our talented neighbors, The Artists of Sea Pines, will showcase original paintings and photographs by several of their members from noon to 4 p.m.. The works, on display throughout the plaza, will be available for sale. The artists donate 10% of their sales to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation.

CAROLING ON THE PLAZA: The Hilton Head Shore Notes, the award-winning women's a capella chorus, will be strolling through the plaza singing a joyful blend of Broadway, pop, and holiday songs from noon to 2 p.m.

LIVE, LAUGH & SHINE: Sample a range of Moonshine options and taste the traditional liquor of the Lowcountry. From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., we'll be serving free samples here at the state’s top seller of moonshine. If you’re old enough — and willin’.

A HOLIDAY PARTY: The Nice Guys, two-time winners of the Island School Council for the Arts (ISCA) Rising Stars Talent Competition, will be playing a combination of contemporary hits, jazz classics, and Christmas carols from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., adding their special energy to the festive atmosphere of the day.
